Who is able to Go Fetch?
Any pet that is at least 12 weeks of age, current on vaccinations, and non-aggressive is welcome to Go Fetch services. All dogs 7 months or older must be spayed or neutered, unless special arrangements are made. All pets must have an "ID" tag on their collar or harness. Go Fetch specializes in small and medium sized pets (under 45 pounds), but larger pets are also welcome to play and stay provided reservation space is available!
Is there food at Go Fetch?
Your pet should bring their usual food with them when they visit Go Fetch. This will help to ensure that dietary changes do not occur and possibly cause discomfort for your pet. We have a full kitchen and can keep their items cold or warm them as needed. With advance notice, Go Fetch can provide food for your pet for an additional charge.
Does Go Fetch care for any other types of pets?
We prefer to focus on dogs and cats as family members. However, if the occasional Guinea Pig or Hamster, or Turtle needs attention while you are away, give us a call.
What type of special accommodations are available for boarding?
We offer each pet a personalized and unique experience based on their individual needs. Special accommodations can include specific medication or dietary needs. If your pet requires gentle care based on recent surgery, is in season, or is simply a little less social (though not aggressive), we can provide your pet with an individual daytime area, away from other pets, without them having to remain in a kennel.
Is there paperwork for me to fill out?
We have a couple of forms that we ask you to fill out so that we can know your pet better. This paperwork can be handled when you arrive to drop off your pet or we can email it to you in advance. We also need a copy of your pets current vaccination record.
How do I get more information or make a reservation?
The easiest way to get more information, specific to your pet or situation, or to make a pet reservation is to call our friendly staff at 469-765-5674! We will be glad to assist you in setting up your pets accommodations!
